Latia's passion for fitness ignited in high school as a track athlete. However, during her college years, her workout routine became less consistent. It wasn't until she turned 22 that she fully committed to a regular fitness regimen, driven by a desire to add more size to her petite frame. Documenting her workouts through videos, she quickly gained attention for her authenticity and dedication.
Latia's fitness journey has been one of trial and error, learning what works best for her body in terms of nutrition and training styles. She developed a particular focus on glute building, successfully transforming her physique from 120 pounds to 165 pounds, despite having a fast metabolism. Through her journey, Latia has demonstrated that it's possible to look feminine while lifting heavy and eating well.
